Fatto Mano is a charming Italian restaurant in Niigata's Nishikan ward, with a very homely vibe to it. They typically have a couple of different pasta lunch sets on offer that come with soup and salad, priced between the 1250 - 1850 yen mark depending on the type of pasta you get. I definitely think the atmosphere is the selling point of this place, it's quaint but in a good way! They only take cash so keep that in mind if you plan on visiting.
