Cafe and Marche Ichinii is a cute spot to grab a bite to eat, and they have a small range of meals and desserts available. On the meals front they have things like loco moco and toasted sandwiches, and for the sweet treats you can find parfaits, French toast, and chestnut chocolates -- it wouldn't be a cafe in Obuse without some nod to chestnuts, I'm convinced. The "marche" part of the venue sells different things throughout the year, including locally-grown produce.
