Noborikawa Riverside Park

Beautiful spot for outdoor play

If you're in the Minamiuonuma area during the warmer months, I highly recommend a visit to the Noborikawa Riverside Park. It's right by the water and during summer the river itself is a popular spot for cooling off with a refreshing dip. It never feels crowded, however, and the surrounding scenery is just beautiful.
