When it comes to warming wintery dishes, curry udon is up there with my favorites. Something about the blend of flavors in the curry part, the chewiness of the noodles, and the overall satisfaction I get from eating it makes it something I crave at this time of year. Although it's much tastier from a restaurant or homemade, this cup noodle curry udon is tasty in a pinch, and has a really delicious umami flavor with noticeable pork and onion tastes in there. The price is pretty wallet friendly, too, so no real complaints in that regard.

If you like the toppings on your cup noodle product of choice, this one is a bit stingy in that regard -- I've seen way, way better levels of toppings from Aeon's store brand, so this coming from Maruchan was a bit disappointing. Overall though, the curry flavored broth is delicious, the noodles are satisfying, and the price is easy on the budget so I can't complain too much.
